Top 20 most common allergies caffeine
Way back in yesteryear (2005), we published a post titled "Yes, you may be allergic to caffeine."
Since then, this post has received over 190 comments from most of those who have experienced some type of adverse reactions to caffeine. I have carefully sifted through all these comments and pulled the top 20 in allergic reactions of caffeine in order from most common to less common.
Note that this is totally anecdotal evidence do not take it as gospel, but take into account the symptoms of caffeine allergy as possible because they were reported by a number of people. In addition, there is a fine line between sensitivity to caffeine and allergy, but overall we are dealing with the body can not properly handle the caffeine molecule, so if you want to call that a sensitivity or allergy, it's yours. In most cases, these symptoms have been reported after only a small amount to moderate caffeine.
- Skin problems such as hives, eczema, rashes, acne, itching.
- Headaches / migraines.
- Anxiety and panic attacks.
- Unable to focus or concentrate
- Language, glands, or throat swelling.
- rapid heartbeat / palpitations.
- Angry, irritable, moody.
- Fatigue.
- Dizziness.
- extreme nervousness.
- Chest pain.
- Depression.
- Numbness of the face, hands or feet.
- aches.
- Shortness of breath / chest tightness.
- Delusions / hallucinations.

Most people have said more of the above symptoms and some of the symptoms of caffeine allergy were quite bizarre. Those who take the cake has been itching ears and anus suffered by a poor soul and a butt crack sweat reported by another ........
There were many other reported symptoms such as random caffeine causes their gold jewelry to turn their skin green ... With these symptoms, it would be difficult to accuse the 100% caffeine as the culprit because there are other possible allergins also participated.
