They usually work for me within twenty minutes .. think you might need to change antihistamines for a while. It seems that you can build a tolerance for a brand and the need to move from time to time.

Take another medication called Zyrtec during the day and Benadryl at night. You'll feel much better. Hope that helps. This simply means that Claritin was not good for you.
