Dog Skin Irritation

my dog has bad skin red and itchy and it is simply miserable. He is a yorkie, he weighs about 6 1 / 2 pounds. What can I put on his skin or give her a dose???

could be hot spots. The vet can give you the proper medication. Over the counter stuff is useless.
