Broccoli is a good source of iron green, like spinach. All the meat (red contains more iron) will give you protein as well as eggs and beans or peanut butter. A good way of eating is to remember that anything with an ingredient list has too many additives, try to stay away from prepackaged foods and things cooked as little as possible (closer to first provide more natural nutrients).
Tofu has a lot of good stuf for you, but it tastes pretty bad
This is a list terribly wide range of requirements.
If you want good food, and good food, eat anything that comes in a box or package. All foods fit this bill. Most processed foods are not.
