What foods have folic acid and biotin: im tryna hair growth. Please help me? my hair is healthy enough ... but does not work I even touched my collarbone!. I intend to buy the skin and nail vitamins hair, but in the meantime, I try to eat foods with ingrediants listed. please help
Folic Acid: citrus (especially orange, grapefruit), dark leafy greens and vegetables (especially spinach, Collard, turnip, mustard, kale, broccoli), beans, peas, squash, corn, nuts, seeds, poultry (chicken, turkey, Duck) eggs, whole wheat / whole grain breads, fortified cereals (Total).
Biotin: vegetables (especially Chard, carrots, romaine lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, tomatoes) berries (especially raspberries, strawberries), nuts (especially almonds and walnuts), eggs, liver, whole grains, oats, rice and milk
beans, lentils have a great source of folic acid.
