I used to get piece of gum that I heard is a sign of bacterial infection caused by an abscessed tooth?

Since I started overloading on vitamin C and gargling with hydrogen peroxide to boil the rubber is not returned in the weeks and I used to also have a heart pain, but it ' gone too.
