Headache Above Eye

I've been sick with a cold / flu freshers (but am not a cooler) for days, and now I seem to have a headache right above my left eye, which hurts more when the I move in my head in certain directions. What is it and how do I get rid of him. one eye and in my head a little elsewhere.

Heyyy "creepy" (told me) I had a numbing pain above my right eye for nearly 24 hours, I thought it would be better after a few hours of sleep, pain stunned me, but even so, this morning, I still have it.
