I'm in my 18th week of pregnancy and ideas in search of back pain and stomach? I had acid reflux for years, and most of heartburn medications do not work. Food is my control as heartburn (milk, it is worse). As for back pain, I can not afford a heating pad. I need to find something that will help back pain and neck!

I use to rub my wife back with a warming lotion from Wal Mart. its the rub ky it works well and she liked it.
Make a bag on a certain kind of fabric - cotton works well - one filled with rice. Pop it in the microwave and you have yourself a makeshift heating pad. you can use this as many times as you want and it doubles as a cooling pack if you stick it in the freezer. I'm not sure how heartburn. Perhaps some form of base (soda) drink with your food - certainly not sodas or juices (they are acidic and will make your hearburn worse).
when I was pregnant in 1975,
my mother would not eat 4 crackers usually wheat, and back pain, she was using me as the cream and would heat large fluffy towels blankets in the dryer.
If you have a fireplace or stove Pelit you can keep the towels in a plastic bag or box to keep it warm
