How can I reduce my blood pressure without drugs / medications? I do not want to spend the rest of my life on prescription drugs if I need help to solve my problem by using only foods and vitamins. I am not overweight and I do everything I said would be beneficial to my health, but what I can do "naturally"?
In my opinion, most prescription drugs do more harm than good. Please help me!
If you have a "reading of normal pressure, you're in an excellent position to take advantage of using the natural medicine can offer. By adopting the suggestions below, you'll probably be able to lower your blood pressure naturally and avoid drugs completely.

In addition to your Dally SUPPLEMENTS, TAKE:
Calcium: 1,200 mg. calcium at bedtime for a trial period of two months.
Magnesium: 250 mg. two or three times a day for a trial period of two months.
Coenzyme Q10 30 mg. three times a day.
Garlic: increasing food consumption of garlic and others in the onion family. You can try garlic supplements, available in health food stores. Take a 300-mg. long-acting daily odorless capsule.
Vitamin C: 1,000 mg. daily.
Be careful with your diet low in fat and sodium and making sure you exercise regularly may help maintain healthy blood pressure.
Easy. Lose weight and exercise (aerobic) a lot.

There is also a method of slow breathing while listening to relaxing music. If you do every day for just a lil so you can have long term benefits.
If you overweight.Lose this and walk at a fast pace 4-7 times a week for half hour.Alcohol.Max 1 drink per day and eating unprocessed foods. Not packaged, canned or take new sources of out.Cook only AVO.
