High Blood Pressure Headache

About two weeks ago my blood pressure was on the high side and have a history of hypertension. It has been restored to normal and I see the doctor every 3-4 days. Last I saw the doctor two days ago and my blood pressure was good, he said to watch out for headaches, but it didn't say what to do when I get one. The last time I had a headache was like five months ago. and I woke up this morning with a headache and now (6 hours later) I still have one. What should I do? Then my blood pressure goes up to this point after only two days?

I would call the doctor to find out. =]
