Levoxyl

My best friend has a thyroid problem, she takes a drug called Levoxyl to keep in check his thyroid.
Her doctor on 137 mcg Levoxyl daily.Does normal sound of someone else?

I think the determination is based on the level of thyroid dysfunction and not weight. I have seen patients weight almost the same as that of another, some are 50 mcg and others are 200 mcg.
