Use the resistance of weight when you do your abdominal exercises. Its one thing to do crunches, its another to actually do weight resistance. You should start seeing the results you want in two weeks if you persevere.

How long has it been? If it was less than a year, there is still a good chance you've just lost weight faster than your skin can react! You DO need to drink a ton of water. Rather than smother your skin with lotions, buy aloe vera plant mature. Only small slice of all the days of the lower first leaves the strongest (). Rub some on your skin after every shower and every night (or as often as you can). A nice healthy plant (large) can cost you 40-50 dollars, but it lasts and it is truly amazing to repair skin!
loose skin will just have to go himself. In doing stomach exercises tone up the muscle is not the skin. If you were overweight before your skin can stretch because of its elastic nature, but if you lose enough weight quicky just take time before the skin forms in its new form. I do not think many people even read your question. Not that you have a lot of weight to lose - is that you have loose skin. I would continue to do the grinding and ab exercises, but are also a kind of compression garment that holds your stomach which should contribute to the skin. That's what they make you do after liposuction to help with any possible loose skin.
