Yes indeed, I bought a week ago and it arrived. I had some heart worm pills and their appearance and smell the same as those in the store! My dogs were normal and happy no ill effects. Plus it's cheaper. I bought the heartgaurd entirelypets.com actually my mom had and I wasn't as if she would be good or not, but it is nice. If your fear, just go into a store and buy.
