I'm losing weight. Are there any drug interactions B / W methadone (70 mg daily) and Hydroxycut Hardcore? I was on a program of methadone maintenance for about four months now. I gained about 50 pounds or so since the month of June and I am ready to begin a new life and good health. I appretiate ideas on what I want to be as safe as possible.
Taking something to lose weight is not healthy. Why not do the best possible exercise, eat right and drink a lot of water? I used to walk and walk every day, no big deal, and ate and drank the water right at all times - size 6 and tonic was the final result. The best thing, I felt the best I've ever felt in my life.
If you want to be sure not to take diet pills. None of them are in good health. Just eat healthier foods and exercise. It should not be something important, like when your bored just do push ups or sit ups. Every small gesture, but id stay away from the pill.
I agree with both answers above. No diet pills are good for you. Stick to exercise and eat well. Try talking to the nurse at the clinic for advice because it may be difficult for you to lose weight if you are still on the program. If you can go through a progam like this successfully, you should have enough willpower to stick to a healthy diet and exercise. Good luck to you.
diet pills are not the answer. A good diet, plenty of water, and exercise is the only way to go. Totally cut all junk food / fast and soda from your daily diet. Try to walk at least 30 minutes per day. This should get you started!
Eat mostly fruits and vegetables, healthy proteins meaning small fish over red meat, tofu and chicken or turkey, whole grains, fruit snack, no butter popcorn and amounts of small nuts or seeds. Limit fat - no mayo. Stay away from soft drinks of all kinds are dietetic products encourages you to eat more candy. 30-40 minutes of daily exercise. Drink water, and plently caffiene limit. For treatment try jello or fruit and a small piece of cheese or peanut butter. Keep portions under control. Peanut butter and cheese can be fattening so only one ounce of cheese and a tablespoon of peanutbutter (with celery or apple).
