How many doses of 1000 mcg injection can be produced from 1 gram of powder methylcobalamin? Methylcobalamin is also known as mecobalamin. It is a form of vitamin B12 thatyour body does not need to convert to use. It is already converted.
Anyway, the red crystal methylcobalamin powder.
1 gram = 1,000,000 micrograms. The other person is just .... 1 gram = 1000 mcg and 1000 mcg = 1 mg, then 1 gram = 1,000,000 micrograms. Just move the decimal over 3 places every time for conversions:)
EDIT: Sorry, I think I read that wrong. Depends on how much thinner you add the gram of powder to determine this.
1000.
1000 mcg = 1 mg
