Migraine Headache Diet

Migraine Headache DietHow to get rid of a headache while you are on a detox diet?

I am a detox water, fruit, vegetables, and a supplement called 7 detox 7 days. Im on my 3rd day, I feel fine but when I wake up, I have a massive headache pain, unbearable .. I had to take two Excedrin, I know that defeats the detox, but I have pain.
How do I get rid of without taking Excedrin Migraine.?
I usually drink 6 cups of coffee and have 2 red bulls a day.

Unless you have been diagnosed as having migraine, I do not think it's migraine. The withdrawal of caffeine can throw you into a horrible headache. Given the amount of coffee and Red Bull you drink, this is not surprising.

Many people consider a very bad headache to be migraine. Migraine is a neurological disorder, which includes a large number of symptoms. This is not only defined as a headache.

In my opinion, you'd better go then this process of detoxification and treat you to a more reasonable way. Reduce your caffeine intake gradually. I'm pretty sure the draconian measures you have taken regarding your consumption of caffeine have you thrown into this situation headaches.

Please be good for you. Re-examine the plan to detoxification. Why are you doing? Is "detox 7" a safe product and is it FDA approved?

You have not started to drink as many caffeinated beverages all at once. You should not stop them all at once.

glasses of water abundantly drinkl .... at least 10-15

I get headaches all the time. best thing to do is tell you that you are not your body, let him come and go.

meditate.

get off the addiction is the withdrawal of Caffin thats give ua headache, ru really going to stick to a healthy diet after the detox, no prob, so what a waste of a week.

Not surprisingly, rates of caffeine are so high, if you cut the coffee you go through withdrawal bad! Fortunately it only lasts a few days.

Hi all,
I totally know where I get from something terrible and migraines also detoxed several times.
DAY 3 is the worst ... its an absolute nightmare ... that's when all the toxins begin to "get rid" for want of a better term. They flow around you like crazy, causing bad headaches, diarrhea, thirst, you name it. The amount of caffeine you drink will just multiple headaches (sorry but it's true, caffeine withdrawal).
If you have already taken the cold Exedrin, yes, it will be the effect of detoxification BUT if you go ahead and stick the results will be worth it.Really!
So if I were you (and it was suggested to me during "detox fasts or" relax, chill out, maybe go for a walk, rest a lot (as much as you think necessary) and drink lots of water and eat your fruits and vegetables, and take it easy!
His hard work for an organization to get rid of all the crap we put in them. So ya, do not worry you have not quite lost everything, just pick up where you left off and tomorrow you start to feel better, and by the end of seven days, I bet you feel like a billion dollars.
wink Good luck and go for a nap * *

Your caffiene withdrawel have, is where your headaches come. You do not aviod if you do not take Tylenol.

He certainly had caffeine withdrawal. There is no reason to stop the detox and your body to recover. Once that time has passed headache (probably 1-2 days), you will no longer be dependent on caffeine, and is a great way to be!
I do not think it matters that you had to take painkillers - continue rehab if you want, but if it's really unbearable, perhaps you should consider slowly reduce your daily intake of caffeine, then return make rehab later.

Oh, and if you want a quick fix - GE.
