Migraine Therapy

I was started on Topamax yesterday for treatment of migraine. I also take for Yazmin birth control and I saw online Topamax because it might harm. How do I know for sure if it affects Yazmin? I certainly do not want more children! My baby is 8 y / o if it will interfere with birth control, then I need something else to FIG. Please help!

Why do not you call your pharmacist where you get your own orders and ask that question. Better get that info here and it should be very easy.

you can switch birth control. My daughter was on Yazmin and got a lung clot. I guess that's a side effect and there is an ongoing trial for that. She was contacted by a lawyer because of that. She can not take certain medications because of it.
