Morning After Pill Failure

Anyone who has become pregnant after taking morning after pill?

(Re-announcement of this lack of answers, or idiots for giving me lectures on how they believe the morning-after pill is abortion - which is not)


Does this happen to anyone is - or has everyone learns that happens to other people?

If this really happened to you ... Have you had implantation bleeding?
Have you had bleeding after taking the morning after pill at all?
If yes, it was a few days later, after five days or one week after?

Please let me know your experiences!

I took Plan B 72 hours after unprotected sex, and have been bleeding a week later, the bleeding verrrrry light for two days. Only when I peed. didn't have to wear a pad or a tampon.

so just looking for other experiments.

I think it's just a waiting game now ..

I have not heard of it does not work for people I know ... and I know that tons of women who followed. Perhaps no one answers, because it works ... I hope it is. Good luck, the waiting game sucks.

You can get pregnant if you wait too long, I know it reduces its precision, the longer you wait. If you took 72 hours, then it should go, I know that the damage to your period and can cause abnormal bleeding, but you should be bleeding. The only time I took was the day after sex and I started bleeding two days later and I was not pregnant. Good luck!

Yes, I know someone who took the morning after pill. she thought it was ok after taking it, but discovered two weeks later she was pregnant. she came back and there was to where it obtained and they said not even the morning after pill is 100%, it was not bleeding, but they say you can bleed while pregnant. The only thing I can tell you, and it is from personal experience, that the Plan B pill completely mess up your cycle of one to two months. I bled light, heavy and every two weeks for about two months. I was not pregnant. It messes with your cycle, but I think 72 hours is the threshold so that there is a good chance you're not pregnant.

I do not agree with people who criticize women on the pill Plan B. I do however get angry when women use it as birth control. This shows a lot of irresponsibility. I'm not saying it's you.

Im going to answer you just because your property looking for an answer .. But I've never had this experience. They tell you that if you do not have a period of two weeks to take the Plan B pill than take a pregnancy test. Thats what I know. And people are stupid, sometimes it's true. The morning after pill stops conception from occurring. But if you are already pregnant, it does not hurt the baby. It even says so right on the packaging and in the instructions ... People need to get their facts straight .... Sorry I'm not much help ...

IVE mate after taking the pill and it is supposed to speed up your period, it will not be as long as your normal period, but if you do experience any bleeding 7 days after taking the pill then you are ment to assume the post the pill did not work.

72 hours is a long time to wait to take the morning after pill, if she tried to avoid getting pregnant.
