Get the morning after pill at the pharmacy? I live in MD and I need to get the morning after pill. Family planning Therens not close enough for me to go, so I'm planning on going to CVS tomorrow to buy it. I was wondering if I should bring insurance card or whatever it takes to put money is. I'm 18, but still live w / my parents and I'm on their insurance, and I certainly do not want to request an insurance card to pick up the morning after pill.
Thank you for anyone can give me answers!
According to the pharmacy and the pharmacist. Most pharmacists want the person who will use it to enter so that you could not find someone else to get it. You do not need to bring your card insurrance. They could not use it anyway unless your doctor writes a script for that. Just bring an ID card and go to the pharmacy. Prices may very from each pharmacy. Around $ 50.00 for it.
The insurance does not cover because it is on the counter. Come to the counter with your ID and you will have no problem. The average cost about $ 40 - $ 45.
Call your pharmacy and ask what is the prescription without insurance and whether they have in stock.
cvs or a Walgreens is your best bet. they accused my friend and she didn't 32.00 must submit an insurance card or anything
No insurance is necessary, just an identity card and a little over $ 50. Until you are 18 years or more, you should have no problem
No insurance needed;)
Good luck getting your answer:)
