Is it okay to substitute the morning after pill with birth control pills? Can a birth control pill have the same effect as the morning after pill?
NOOOOO!
Regular birth control is MUCH weaker than the morning after pill.
But I think they have the same chemicals and other things.
First, do you use protection at all? The morning after pill should only be used if protection is regarded as having failed. The morning-after pill is like an abortion pill in the sense that it is filled with hormones, probably the same amount in a month's supply of regular birth control pills, and stops the growth potential of the fetus .
Regular use of the morning-after pill is associated with an increased risk of miscarriage and infertility in the future and should be used with caution. The pills are a very popular and safe method of prevention and will not affect fertility.
