Narcotic Abuse

It seems today everyone is a social coke or any raver wannabe, what is the crack (lit. what is the problem?)?

In fact, drug abuse is now the number one problem. People can be legally addicts instead of finding a distributor and risking arrest.

I heard it was 24% of the workforce, but I do not know a source for that, I do not remember where I heard it. It seems that drugs and alcohol abuse is out of control these days. You also have to consider that a large number of addicts get their drugs in the military and civilian hospitals, doctors who simply do not care.
