Narcotic UseWhat are the side effects of long-term use of narcotics?

By "amazing", do you mean exactly CNS depressants?

If not, you need to be more precise - all drugs are not "amazing" (ie "narco" referring to sleeping pills or substances depressing awareness).

If so, many drugs suppress the gut, then lowered appetite and constipation are among the most notable side effects. And of course, if you drive under the influence, you can crash and kill yourself or others.
