Does anyone know a good Yorkie breeder or Papichon? I saw Yorkies and Papichons and fell in love with them. But the problem is, I can not find someone to buy. I do not want to buy in a store for pets, too expensive. PLEASE HELP!
Yorkies puppies are expensive, but if you buy from a reputable breeder, its worth ... Pets companion FYI / are cheaper because they spay / before the nueter get it if they can have small ... - http://www.ytca.org/breeder4.html
Papichon that dogs are mixed as people try to sell for money as much as a yorkie or even more! You can find them in a shelter ... you should not pay more than $ 200 to submit to a local shelter .. - http://petfinder.com/
You should not buy dogs in pet stores anyway. Except for some who have pets for adoption in local shelters, puppies all come from puppy mills, which are horrible places that breed dogs for profit. In puppy mills, puppies and their mothers and fathers are kept in dirty cages that are never cleaned, they never veterinary care, never experience human contact and generally have problems poor health. Puppy mills are not genetic tests needed for reproduction and, consequently, many puppies have diseases that may not be visible until the dog is an adult. (PLEASE do not reward that kind of animal abuse with your dollar. It is very unethical.)
However, if you can not afford a pet, you certainly can not afford prices breeder, and perhaps can not afford a dog at all. Remember that the first year of life of a dog costs $ 300 in vet bills alone, minimum, assuming no accidents or HEALTH PROBLEMS.
If you can afford a dog but are reluctant to pay exorbitant prices for a (good I am myself and I do not see dogs as commodities), you should seriously consider adopting. Puppies of all breeds are available for adoption of all time, and it is not expensive - somewhere between $ 20 and $ 300 depending on the type of organization of emergency medical care and how they gave the puppies already.
puppy mill raids, like those recently in Washington state, tend to flood shelters with purebred puppies, it will be the most time situation places / people to find a specific breed. Otherwise, you just need to check regularly for sites such as petfinder.com races are available in your area (the site can be e-mail alerts, I'm not sure). If I knew your position, I could help more.
I hope you would not buy in a store for pets, unless you want to support / puppy mills / since that is where the pet get their puppies.
"Papichons" do not exist. It's called Bichon Frise / Papillon mix. A mutt.
Why would you pay for a mutt from a breeder? Only backyard breeders breed mutts and the names of designer dog fancy tack on them as if they were a real race. Please do not support these irresponsible breeders to fill their pockets with your money. If you want a mixed breed / mutt look no further than your local shelter! Instead of being scammed, you can adopt a mix (perhaps even the type you are looking for!) For much cheaper ... and save a life doing.
