who has had success with apple cider vinegar tablets for acid reflux?

Only organic raw apple cider vinegar has the "mother of vinegar" which makes vinegar so beneficial. The "mother" is composed of living nutrients and bacteria. You can see it settled in the bottom of the bottle as sediment.

It is best to buy in a bottle, organic is better.

It works very well, but I've never used the pills, because the real thing is so readily available.
