Severe Migraine Headaches

Severe Migraine HeadachesHow to treat severe migraines?

My mother has a history of terrible headaches that its weakened for hours for a day or more. Excedrin Migraine etc. does not help. What can I do to help? She is in great pain when she is such a headache. She always tells me the doctor can not help. I guess she has tried a large number of prescriptions in British Columbia, she had most of his life. I just want to do something ...

This is a site that helped me recently: http://www.migraines.org/

I also looked in some foods and vitamins that help greatly. There are many sources online if you Google just the food and migraine. There are so many triggers, you should try and weed control first of those, but personally, I chug the tomato juice when I feel lonely and it helps a lot. For some tomato is a trigger, everyone is different. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin E and magnesium have all been known to reduce and prevent migraines, sometimes. Foods they are taken regularly in the diet may help, but again, watch out for triggers help more, and food triggers can be more easily avoided. Some medications may headache even worse. Talk to your mother, try to identify the source and see if she'd change her diet.

Here's another site to help you get started: http://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches ...

Good luck!

Herbal and homeopathic remedies can offer effective natural solution and can be of assistance to relieve the painful and embarrassing symptoms of a migraine. Herbs such as Silybum Marianus (Thistle), Passiflora incarnata and Hypericum perforatum (also known as St. John's wort) may be extremely beneficial to help relieve the recurrence of headaches flying. In addition, studies have suggested that grass, feverfew when used regularly, can help eliminate or significantly reduce the frequency and severity of headaches and migraines.

Details on the grass above can be read here ... http://www.healthherbsandnutrition.com/r
