To buy something with Optimum card, you are able to use the card only (all proceeds to buy your items) or do you have to pay some of it with money?

If you have enough points you can pay the entire amount in any category or pay some of these points and some money. For example, if you buy something for 25.69 and 10.00 level that you point, you can spend the 10.00 and 15.69 and then pay the rest. If you do not have enough points, then you can not use it.
