Sinus Dizziness

I felt ill for several days now, but it gets worse. Ive been drinking a lot of water and rest. My heart beats so fast its making it harder to breathe and I'm becoming really dizzy. My nose is blocked, but the race and my head and face feel like a balloon. Can cause a sinus infection all this?
