Sinus Trouble

I have had much trouble with my sinuses, first it was in my nose, it was so intense I thought I might have to get my vegetations on, now he seems to have solved my forehead, j got a constant headache right in front, the forehead, not temples.
I tried Claritin, Tylenol, Advil. What can I do??? Thank you!
