How do I set up the stomach acid, so I do not suffer from symptoms of heartburn? First, if you are taking any medication or heartburn that you need to stop. If the prescription is forever talking to your doctor about what you want.
Secondly, if you've found burning b / c of the lack of acid in the vinegar and then try to drink before eating. Yeah I think it's serious, but the acid in vinegar extra help.
You got this one twisted. Heartburn is the result of acid in the stomach too. If you have severe heartburn there are several things you can do. First, go see a doctor. second glass of milk. Third eating some cookies. I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. Remember too much stomach acid causes heartburn, so you do not really want to raise as much as he DECREASE.
Good luck!
My quick fix is not drinking water with my meal. water dilutes your stomach acids ... which means they can not work as well ... , and later there is heartburn. stop drinking 15 minutes before your meal and do not drink for about 45 minutes later. it worked wonders for me.
You do not want to "build" stomach acid. Try the following:
1) acetic acid tablets or apple cider vinegar
2) digestive enzymes such as papaya (food stores)
3) No eating past 18 hours (1800)
You do not want to build the acid as several people have said. You want to reduce the acid.
Avoid highly acidic foods and beverages (ie, tomatoes, oranges, and soda) also stay away from sugars. You should also consult a doctor. Heartburn that continues to return could lead to serious problems (ie ulcers, scar tissue on the vocal cords and cavities of the acid eats away the enamel of your teeth)
