Symptoms After Going Off The Pill

Symptoms After Going Off The PillPregnancy symptoms after going off the pill?

So I went off the pill on October 24. For about two weeks later I had symptoms like bloating, etc to November 24, I had a very light period. Since then, I had pangs of the uterus, cramps in my ribs, a lot of gas and bloating (which almost never happens and I have not changed my diet), and lower back pain. I took some tests - all negative. Is it really fair to go off the pill? Anyone have the same symptoms in JUST off the pill? And for a whole month? Thank you.

Have you ever had cysts fybroid? is sometimes the pill to control symptoms and discomfort. They are quite common and birth control is often the only form of treatment.
I went off the pill a month ago and my hormones are all boosted. I'm in the same boat as you playing the waiting game. I'm just a few days late and I do not trust home pregnancy tests since my first 2 children tested negative always said, even after missing. I've never had such symptoms to go off the pill. In the first few weeks in the first quarter, sometimes you feel like you'll start your period. You still have a uterus and bloating Achey and all that fun. Only time will tell ... Good luck!

I recently started the pill too and had exactly the same symptoms (bloating, back pain, pain in my rib cage). I thought I was pregnant also all the symptoms, but I'm not. I talked to my doctor and she said many people go through these symptoms (like PMS), after getting off the pill.
If you still think you're pregnant, a blood test done by your doctor to be sure.

I'm having the same kind of thing. I stopped the pill a little less than a month, and I've had cramps and weird twinges uterus and im guessing cause it feels really weird, but I do not know how to explain it lol .. so I'm not sure

I stopped the pill on October 18 and I am now 6 weeks pregnant and I have not had any of these symptoms. I think it's probably just your body adjusting to not having all the hormones.

yes I had the same symptoms.

Man, you have it easy. I went off the pill at the beginning of November, after being on it continuously without delay due to endometriosis. I had my period from November 9th, it lasted nine days. Started bleeding again on November 25, for 5 days only for an hour every day and only in the morning. I spotted on Saturday and again today. I had headaches, dizziness, nausea, back pain, cramps, etc. You name it, I got it. HPT are negative, so I went to see my doctor today. They gave me a blood test, and if it's negative for my endometriosis is back. So yes, I had these symptoms for over a month now. Just keep trying and do not lose hope. Baby dust to you!
