Decaffeinated coffee and tea headache? Hello. Yesterday I began to switch from regular coffee and decaffeinated teas at a time and I have a headache today, I think the switch maybe I should do this in a few weeks as a couple of coffees normal one day and decaf next day and even for teas or is there a better way to spend without the headaches?
You're a headache from caffeine withdrawal. You can take fish oil substances and drink plenty of water to overcome your addiction, but the headaches are part of this withdrawal. The only way to get through, it's just reading it and getting all the caffeine in your system, but it will not happen if you do it yourself Ween away from him for a few weeks because you be continually put the caffeine in your system - which means you'll still be a headache.
So my advice is to stop cold turkey, drink plenty of water to help flush out the caffeine faster (which means stop drinking coffee and tea at all, regardless of whether it is decaffeinated or not) and taking supplements of fish oil.
