I ordered a pair of gloves and has never received. Later, I sent a message to their contact e-mail and they sent one back saying that the refund was issued to the credit card. But I checked a few days later and no refund has been received.

I would contact them again, and there are some additional contact information on www.who.is. They seem to be a good solid site, have been online for several years and are based in the United States
