Vitamin Water Flavors

Vitamin Water FlavorsDon'T Drink Vitamin () of water!

VitaminWater really, really guys my skin. Time and again I see people deceived by his cunning, deceptive means. Because it's called "VitaminWater" and is sold as a health drink, everyone assumes that it is very good. It does not help what he said "50 calories" on the package ... but it is actually 2.5 servings in the bottle (which brings the number of calories to 125 in total). It also has 33g of sugar! I checked four times to ensure that law. Is a total sugar bomb! And by the way, other beverages list any one portion of the bottle, why, suddenly, is 2.5 A portion?

There are several new enhanced vitamin waters with far fewer calories hit the shelves. Get the skinny on these drinks below:

Skinny Water: Per bottle: Calories: 0 Fat: 0g, Sodium: 0 mg, Carbohydrates: 0g, fiber: 0g, Protein: 0g, WW PTS: 0, Cals / ml: 0, contains artificial sweeteners

Here is a glass with a twist: the have 0 calories and are reinforced with acai berry extract, tea extract, ginseng, B vitamins and minerals (calcium, potassium, chromium, niacin) to give you a boost. A bonus of Skinny Waters that contain high levels of vitamins compared to many other vitamin waters (100% of the recommended daily intake of certain vitamins in each bottle). They also contain EGCG, the active ingredient in green tea, which is thought to suppress appetite (their site claims Skinny Water improves weight loss of 350%). They also claim to have "0 sugar" which almost made me wrong, but listed on the ingredients is sucralose (or brand name "Splenda"). Zero sugars not only through real sugar. Do not let the package fool you. Regarding the flavors go, Skinny Water currently has five flavors, and the 3 I had tried a little bit of a bitter aftertaste. acai This flavor was the best I've had the passion lemonade (just OK) and Raspberry Pomegranate (gross). With all the great things he has going for it - packed with more vitamins, minerals, EGCG and well-being of other additives other zero-calorie vitamin water, I found - I'll drink this variety acai if I drink water "vitamin".

Archer Farms (Target) Fortified Waters: Per bottle: Calories: 5, Fat: 0g, Sodium: 15mg carbohydrate: 1g Fiber: 0g, Protein: 0g, WW PTS: 0, Cals / mL: 0.01 , contains artificial sweeteners

Because I like the flavor of lavender berries, I decided to make this drink Archer Farms (Target or brand). However, they have a variety of strong flavors: one for the "beauty", one for "movement" which helps joints. One wonders if those waters do not live up to their billing? They contain relatively low levels of vitamins (about 20% of the recommended daily intake), much less than you would get in a multivitamin. This can really relax you or embellish? A disadvantage certain is that they contain artificial sweeteners. However, if you want to go with a low calorie vitamin water, I like the taste of these - it is very soft, subtle taste that is a nice change from some that are so strong.

Alive Water: Per bottle: Calories 0, Fat: 0g, Sodium: 65mg, Carbohydrates: 0 g, Fiber: 0g, Protein: 0g, WW PTS: 0, Cals / ml: 0, contains artificial sweeteners

Stayin 'alive. Stayin 'alive. Ah-Ah-Ah-Ah, ALLLLIIIVVVE Stayin '. The water tastes good, and this "protected" variety has Vit A & C (although only 25% of the recommended daily value per bottle). I like vitamin water Dasani Plus better than living, because they taste better in my opinion. This water contains sucralose and sodium, and if you're avoiding them in your drinks, this is not for you.

More Dasani Waters: Per bottle: Calories 0, Fat: 0g, Sodium: 62.5mg, Carbs: 0g, Fiber: 0g, Protein: 0g, WW PTS: 0, Cals / ml: 0, contains artificial sweeteners

Dasani flavored waters seem to always have a very pleasant taste and it is not an exception. They have 4 different varieties and fla.
